Return & Refund Policy
We provide a 30-day valid return window counted from the date local couriers mark your parcel as delivered. All formal return requests must be submitted to customer service within this timeframe; late applications will not be accepted for processing.
Products can pass warehouse inspection and qualify for refund or exchange only when all standards are met: items remain unused, unmodified and keep original brand-new status; complete original packaging, brand tags, supporting accessories and instruction manuals are intact and returned together with goods; merchandise does not fall into non-refundable categories listed below.
For hygiene safety and customized product management rules, the following goods cannot be returned, exchanged or processed for monetary refunds: cosmetics, skincare products, oral care supplies and personal hygiene articles; intimate apparel, swimwear and disposable single-use goods; custom engraved, printed personalized made-to-order merchandise; clearance liquidation items clearly labeled “Final Sale, No Returns Accepted”.
If return reasons stem from our store’s fault including factory defective goods, mis-shipped items and transit-damaged packages, we supply free prepaid return shipping labels and cover all return logistics expenses. You may choose either full merchandise value refund or complimentary replacement shipment with zero extra cost.
If you initiate voluntary returns due to personal preference, unsuitable size or mismatched product expectation, all outbound and return shipping fees shall be fully undertaken by you. Initial delivery fees paid at checkout are permanently non-refundable. Full product value refunds will only be issued after our warehouse receives and completes formal inspection of returned goods.
Standard return operation steps: Submit your unique order ID and clear product photos/videos to official customer support; wait for formal written return approval and obtain designated warehouse return address issued by our service team; securely repack goods and ship the return parcel, then share the new return tracking number with support for filing records; warehouse inspection takes 4–7 business days after receiving parcels; approved refund funds will be remitted back to your original payment channel within 4–8 business days.
If you receive broken, scratched or factory-defective goods upon delivery, send photo and video evidence of both product and outer shipping packaging to support within 7 calendar days after delivery confirmation. We will arrange free replacement or full refund based on actual damage conditions, and may waive the requirement to return damaged goods at our independent discretion.
Original delivery fees, cross-border customs duties and destination import taxes are non-refundable unless the error originates from our warehouse dispatch team. Parcels confirmed fully delivered by local couriers but lost after recipient receipt do not qualify for full monetary compensation refunds. Goods mailed back without prior official return approval will be rejected by warehouse staff and cannot trigger any refund processing workflow.
Exchange applications for different sizes, colors or styles must be submitted within the valid 30-day return window. Exchange logistics cost allocation follows identical freight sharing rules as standard return shipments.
